Hi Krishnan,

That is a good way to keep the recruitment team motivated. A person will be happy and motivated to receive a fixed salary as well as incentives. For Recruiters in corporate: Incentives need to be divided in the following way:
- Offer made: certain percentage.
- Joinee: certain percentage but higher than the offer made.
- Closure of requirements (Project-based): certain percentage.

Hi Krishnan,

Fixing incentive slabs for each type of position recruited is one method. You could also include weightage based on the time taken to recruit as compared to the standard recruitment lead time for each position.
