Hi Friends,

Life has become immensely busy, and we barely take out time for ourselves as well as others. Be it at the office or home, we don't pay any concentration on the efforts of others; in fact, we don't even recognize them.

This is a very important aspect on which we, as HR professionals, should always keep track in the organization. We should incorporate a kind of technique or a way out that makes everyone feel their importance in the organization.

Friends, please find attached the PPT on appreciation which I found very motivating and intend to share with everyone. I would also request every member to share it with every employee of the organization, which will strengthen the bond and culture in the organization.

Yes, I do agree many times we are so busy that we never think of the same. We should always appreciate good work, whether it's at home or in the office. Motivation is required to keep the work going.
