What is attached is the separation percentage. Turnover percentage = (Separation + Hiring)/2/Average number of employees

Turnover can be calculated with this simple formula - Turnover Rate = (No. of Separations / Avg. no. of manpower) * 100 or Turnover Rate = No. of Separations / (Opening Strength + no. of joinings - no. of relieving) * 100.
