Job context factors, on the other hand, are the elements controlled by the organization, such as work conditions, base salary, and company policies. Individuals have no control over these aspects.

Consider Herzberg's motivation-hygiene theory. The hygiene factors correspond to job context, while the motivation factors align with job content.
