We need to maintain many registers in the factory. For example, muster roll, wage, leave, accident register, whitewash, medical register, etc., under various labor laws. Writing manually is too boring and a non-value-added activity. Can we maintain the same in soft copy? Will it be acceptable to the concerned authority? Is any permission required for keeping soft copy instead of hard copy?

No in my point of view Hard copy is must there is no special rules to maintain a soft copy from Government end but for our records we can use soft copy but we cannot submit the same to Government
