Hi, I am Nisha M, pursuing my final year in MSW, specializing in Human Resources at MSSW. As an integral part of the final year, every student must undertake a research problem and study. I am currently studying the 'PERCEPTION OF GEN X TOWARDS THE TALENT MANAGEMENT OF GEN Y.' I intend to explore the views/perspectives of Generation X employees (30-45 yrs) regarding Generation Y employees (18-29 yrs) in the workplace on various parameters like attraction, work strengths, weaknesses, benefits, satisfaction, challenges, retention, etc. I have designed a questionnaire to quantify my study findings and request management employees between 30-45 yrs from any industry/sector to kindly respond to my questionnaire.
