Yes, absconded employees can claim PF from the company. The employee has to contact the HR dept. & ask for the PF claim form.They have to submit the claim form to the concerned HR dept. Regards,

Dear Sam, Are you talking on behalf of the employee or employer ? ;) Again they can claim but I dont think so that the HR Department would cooperate for an abscond employee...
