Registers are required to be kept according to the State Factory Rules; therefore, go through the relevant rules of the State where the unit is functioning for which you are to look after the work of Factory Act compliances. You can also take help from your seniors.

If you are covered under all four Acts as mentioned, please refer to the central Rules on the ESI & PF Act, as well as your State's applicable Rules on the Contract Labour (R & A) Act and Factories Act for the formats required to maintain the registers.
