Hi friends,

We are preparing a module for new employees who have just graduated from college, and I also wish to present this to students pursuing an MBA. The name of the module is 'College to Corporate.' Can you all please help me form the skeleton of the module? What should be the focus? I am waiting for lots of inputs from you soon.

Regards,
Megha

Come on, people... Please share. As a student, what would you expect from such a session? And as a trainer, what would you like to impart? The material would be more practical rather than theoretical fundamentals, but at the same time, we don't want to scare them.

Hi Padma,

I am working as a management trainee in Nasik, Maharashtra. My job entails more training and development under the guidance of my senior. This includes mapping competencies, identifying needs, preparing training modules, delivering behavioral training, and more. Right now, my focus is on delivering training to mid-level management.

Looking forward to your inputs. Please check your inbox on this site. I've emailed you regarding the inputs on the PowerPoint presentation I am concerned about right now.
