Hi,
I was wondering what to do if a small enterprise with 200 to 250 employees does not have software to create salary statements. It is not feasible to type out 250 statements individually. How can one generate the salary statements for all 250 employees?

Hello,

I can help you especially with the subject of the Employees' Provident Fund & ESIC if your establishment is ready for that. Now is the time to send annual returns for the provident fund before 30th April. It is a challenging task to manually prepare annual returns for 200-250 employees. If you are currently handling this task or planning to start soon, you can understand how difficult it can be.

Hi Smita,

I agree with Mohit's reply. If you are familiar with mail merge in MS Word, then use mail merge; this is the best way for creating salary slips for your employees. It's a one-time effort, and you need not type the statement for 250 people separately.
