I am in the process of preparing a Training Manual for Voice and Accent. Can anyone please guide me on TIPS FOR PREPARING A TRAINING MANUAL? I have gone through the previous posts but couldn't find much help.

I have attached a manual on V&A. You can take inputs from this to prepare a manual for yourself. I have not used this manual; therefore, I cannot comment on its efficacy. I obtained it from one of the HR forums, and I am passing it on to you.
