Hi, I am a mechanical engineer working in the core field. I have worked for five companies, with the third company being BBO. In that company, I worked for only one month as I had to discontinue due to health issues. During my time there, I took a four-day leave—two days were informed, and two were uninformed. Subsequently, the management sent a termination email citing the uninformed leave and also added my name to the PF account.
Now, in my new company, the Background Verification (BGV) process is not allowing me to join due to this issue. How can I convince them to release the offer letter, especially since we are unable to delete the PF account?
