Dear Azeezat-Azeez, What HRMS do you have? Generally, performance tracking is a part of the HRMS. Therefore, you need not create a separate tracker as such.

By the way, for tracking performance, you need software. Otherwise, doing it manually will be difficult and time-consuming. Alternatively, you may develop a program on MS Access on your own.
