Seeking Help: How Do You Draft an Appointment Letter for a Consultant Board Advisor?

Hello Members, Would anyone have a format for the Appointment Letter/Offer Letter/Contract for a Consultant Board Advisor and, if possible, a standard JD for the position? It would be of great support if you could provide some information on the content.

If you are hiring a consultant who will also work in the Board Adviser capacity, then that person must have also provided consulting services. Therefore, ask this person to provide a quotation for the consulting services. This quotation will give you an idea of how to design the contract agreement. If you deem it fit, then instruct this person to prepare the draft of the deal. The quality of the draft will reflect the intellectual depth of this person and will be a test of their consulting services.

The clause on non-disclosure is crucial for this position. Therefore, ensure that this clause receives adequate representation.
