Data Analytics. This will help you in making a foray into
HR Analytics as well.
Being a non-MBA in HR, it will be tough for you to grow in hardcore HR. This is because you will have forever competition from MBAs and out-competing them will be difficult. As a data analyst, you will have the option to handle supply chain analytics, marketing analytics and so on.
