Time management - candidates who would ask you to call them or conduct at least their initial call/initial interviews at 8 pm

Since you are working from 10 am to 6 pm, there may be candidates who would request you to call them or conduct their initial interviews at 8 pm because they are already employed elsewhere and are unable to communicate during their working hours. In such a scenario, what would you do?

Yes, it is important for the recruitment team to be flexible and conduct the recruitment tests or the initial interview that suits the candidate. Nevertheless, an interview with the higher authorities has to be conducted during working hours. In case, if you follow a 5-day week, then you may call the candidates on Saturday. For being present on Saturday, the recruitment team may take a weekly off on some other day.
