Hi, kindly suggest me. I was relieved from my company in June 2020. My company's HR informed me that my termination would take effect from the end of June, and they mentioned that they would pay 2 months' salary along with fnf (final settlement) and provide a relieving letter after 45 days.
Due to my poor performance, they removed me immediately without any notice period. They instructed me to leave promptly and assured payment of 2 months' salary after 45 days.
My Question
Does fnf include severance pay? I would like to draft an email to my HR inquiring about my fnf settlements. Should I mention severance pay along with fnf settlements, or should I only refer to fnf settlement?
