I have recently joined an IT firm, and we would like to create KRAs for the following designations. Can someone please help me with:

1) Technical Consultant
2) Business Analyst
3) Project Manager
4) .NET Developer

The subject comes up for discussion time and again. You need to institute a "Performance Management System" (PMS). Instituting PMS is a far more serious business.
