Can anyone advise in which two states standing order applicability is on 50 or more employees?

In the state of UP, the prescribed number is 20. I would also like to suggest that your company should have its own SO, in full agreement with the Kritarth Team. The administration of SO is a subject matter of the respective states. You will find that the number requirement varies from State to State Certification.
