Dear Seniors, I am working as an HR in a newly established firm. The current situation has prompted me to plan and implement a system based on competency. Before implementation, I conducted research on competency and gained some knowledge about it. However, despite completing my research quickly, I am now doubting how to effectively utilize competency as a powerful tool to enhance both my organization and my employees. As a fresher in this field with an MBA background, I put in my best effort in conducting the research, but I felt unsatisfied with my individual research work.
