How Do I Transfer Employees to a New Process in Our BPO? Seeking Guidance

I am working in a BPO, and my Directors have started a new process that will involve shifting our employees from the old process to the new one. Could you please provide me with the procedure for transferring employees from one process to another within the company?

Transfer of employees is an internal matter of your company. We know nothing about it. Therefore, it is better if you prepare the draft on your own and upload it here. Some seniors, like me, will correct it.
