At the time of writing this post, total count of my posts is 6,540 and it gives me immense pleasure to inform you that I have hit mark of 5,000 appreciations.
I am member of citehr for more than 11 years. Earlier there was no facility to give appreciations to the other member’s post. It was introduced about 4-5 years ago.
Getting 5,000 appreciations is my major milestone in the journey of citehr. Appreciations motivate a person, and I am no exception to this basic rule. I am thankful to all the members who gave explicit acknowledgement to my replies. I consider it as my privilege to be appreciated by the HR fraternity.
Citehr gives window-view to the world of HR. In this forum, members come up with their varied problems or challenges. It gives me great satisfaction to provide the solution to their challenges.
Citehr is a great learning forum. Many times, other senior members of this forum have given far worthier replies. Their replies was a great learning for me.
While giving replies to the queries on Citehr, occasionally I refer books related to HR Management. Queries have helped me to refresh my knowledge related to the HR topics.
Making 5,000 appreciations as foundation, I would like to attain still greater heights. Nevertheless, quality of replies depend on the quality of the posts as well. Can I request fellow members to come up with quality posts so that we can have quality debates and discussions?
