Milestone Achievement: 5,000 Appreciations
At the time of writing this post, the total count of my posts is 6,540, and it gives me immense pleasure to inform you that I have reached the mark of 5,000 appreciations. I have been a member of Citehr for more than 11 years. Earlier, there was no facility to give appreciations to other members' posts. It was introduced about 4-5 years ago. Getting 5,000 appreciations is a major milestone in my journey on Citehr. Appreciations motivate a person, and I am no exception to this basic rule. I am thankful to all the members who gave explicit acknowledgment to my replies. I consider it a privilege to be appreciated by the HR fraternity.
The Value of Citehr
Citehr provides a window view to the world of HR. In this forum, members come up with their varied problems or challenges. It gives me great satisfaction to provide solutions to their challenges. Citehr is a great learning forum. Many times, other senior members of this forum have given far worthier replies. Their replies have been a great learning experience for me. While responding to queries on Citehr, I occasionally refer to books related to HR Management. These queries have helped me to refresh my knowledge related to HR topics.
A Call for Quality Discussions
With 5,000 appreciations as a foundation, I would like to attain even greater heights. Nevertheless, the quality of replies depends on the quality of the posts as well. Can I request fellow members to come up with quality posts so that we can have quality debates and discussions?
