Can anybody tell me, "what acts as an HR should we know?" Is having some basic knowledge about the important points in those laws sufficient? Please share your valuable information with all of us.

The laws related to industries include:

- Workmen's Compensation Act
- Industrial Employment Act
- Industrial Disputes Act
- Employees' State Insurance Act, etc.

The basic laws to have a basic knowledge of are:

- Indian Contract Act, 1872
- Law of Indemnity and Guarantee
- The Sale of Goods Act, 1930
- The Indian Partnership Act, 1932
- Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881
- The Companies Act, 1956

I know these are too much, but these are important laws. I am pursuing an MBA, which is why I am familiar with them. How are you doing with these laws? 😊
