I am associated with an IT firm as an HR executive. It has been 1 year now since our company became operational. Over the past two months, we have been facing issues with employees not being productive and efficient in their work. There have been late project deliveries and a lack of association with the firm (as they always prefer big firms), etc.
Conducting One-on-One Interactions
I need to have one-on-one interactions with each and every employee to understand the main issues affecting them or the company. Please guide me on how to make them more productive and happy, and how I should conduct these interaction activities. Is there something else that can be done in this regard?
Creating a Positive Workforce
My agenda is not limited to hiring; I aim to create a company of employees with a positive mindset because I believe that productivity can only be achieved by having a happy and satisfied workforce. Please guide me through this process.
