My name is Mamta, and I work as a Senior HR Executive in an organization. Currently, there is no separate HR department within the company, so I have been assigned a workspace among the production team. This arrangement has been causing some challenges as I find it difficult to focus and work effectively while sitting in close proximity to the production team. I am considering approaching my Head of Department (HOD) to discuss the possibility of establishing a dedicated HR department to better serve and support the team.
