Facing High Attrition in Revenue Cycle Management? Seeking Advice on Control Measures

I am working for a company involved in Revenue Cycle Management - Account Receivables, Account Payables, Billing, and Coding - faced with high attrition. Can anybody help me with attrition control measures regarding Revenue Cycle Management.
