Hi,
Can someone help me with the best evaluation procedure of 360-degree appraisal? If you can illustrate with an example how everyone's ratings can be consolidated to arrive at a final rating.

Purpose of Performance Appraisal

While a 360-degree appraisal may give the semblance of democracy, the purpose of Performance Appraisal (PA) or Performance Evaluation (PE) is to measure what deserves to be measured. What if you start a 360-degree appraisal and some important organizational performance ratios are not measured?
