Dear Aman, What is your designation? What about you? Do you get a paid weekly off or an unpaid weekly off? Would you mind quoting an example where you have seen a salary deduction take place for a regular employee for a weekly off?
It appears to me that your query stems from your preponderance. It seems that you look down upon a section of society who are economically weak. Paid weekly off is a worker's legal right and not the employer's noblesse oblige.
