Is It Mandatory to Pay for Weekly Days Off in Odisha's Manpower Services?

We are into manpower services in Odisha. We want to know whether it is statutory to allow a worker weekly paid time off, or if simply giving them a weekly day off without payment is acceptable.

It appears to me that your query stems from your preponderance. It seems that you look down upon a section of society who are economically weak. Paid weekly off is a worker's legal right and not the employer's noblesse oblige.
