Need Help Building In-House Training Materials for Motivation and Team Building

Request for Training Materials

I need to conduct training sessions for my hotel, and the company does not have any material regarding training. I would request you to please help me with some basic training material for motivation, team building, soft skills, and also some activities for training sessions. Please note the company is strictly not in favor of calling external agencies for training, and they want to build an in-house training department as well. Hence, I would request your expert support on the same. Please provide some basic materials.

Are there people qualified to conduct in-house training on motivation? Material alone will not help. It requires a depth of knowledge and experience to do proper motivation training. If in-house expertise is lacking, it would be good to get outside help. They will bring expertise, wider knowledge, and do a good job if the agency is selected carefully.

Dear Manoj, Earlier, I have shared my views on motivation training. There is no specific motivation training program; instead, it is essential to create conditions that motivate your employees. If training alone could motivate employees, it would have been easy for employers to just pay minimum wages and provide a weekly dose of motivation.
