I request someone to help me with a Kerala-specific manufacturing unit complete HR manual, which includes comprehensive policies for permanent as well as contract labor.

Dear Kiran,

There are many policies already added in this forum. Additionally, the policies need to reflect the company culture. Therefore, it is best if you draft them from scratch yourself to avoid any ambiguity. If you still want to edit, type "policies" in the search box and easily modify them.

Dear All, I have joined a small manufacturing industry as an HR Executive. It is a 10-year-old organization, but it does not even practice issuing offer/appointment letters to its employees. It's truly incredible that around 30 employees are working in this company without appointment letters. Now, I am given the responsibility to formulate and implement all HR Policies and Systems. They also do not have HR policies. I request you all to suggest and advise me on how to start working and what policies should be formulated. Awaiting your valuable suggestions and advice.
