Basic Compliances for Sexual Harassment Policy
The basic compliances are as follows:
1. Constitute an Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) with at least four members, of which at least 50% should be females. The Chairperson shall be a female employed at a senior level in the organization. It shall also include an external expert.
2. Make a policy on the prevention of Sexual Harassment at the Workplace.
3. Conduct sensitization/awareness sessions for all employees.
4. Conduct orientation sessions for the ICC members.
