The basic compliances are as follows:
1. Constitute an Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) where there should be at least 4 members out of which at least 50% should be females. The Chairperson shall be a female employed at a senior level in the organization. It shall also have an external expert.
2. Make a policy on prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace
3. Conduct Sensitization / awareness sessions for all employees
4. Conduct orientation sessions for the ICC members
