Need Help Creating a Training Process and KPIs – Any Advice?

Hi, I urgently need the procedure written for the training process, and I also need KPIs for the training process. Can someone help me?

Please search in Cite HR archives. Type your query inside the box "WHAT DO YOU NEED" that you find in the title bar right above. You can try "Procedure for Training Process" first. After typing in the box, press the 'research' button next to it. You will get a lot of information. Afterwards, repeat the steps for "KPI". You can also refer to "Related Information" and 'Download Thread' that you find on the right side of this message. When you get the material as above, you can suitably modify it to fit your company's needs.

Please make sure that any training process you implement is aimed at reducing operational or other costs. The quintessence of employee training lies in cost reduction. No other KPI in training is as important as this KPI.
