Hi all, I have recently joined a multinational company as part of the HR team. Though it's a huge organization, it's new to the region, and so everyone is new in the organization, including me. I am trying to design an induction program that will help all the employees in different ways.
Designing an Induction Program
I was thinking of interviewing each employee (20) to understand their requirements when they join the organization. Instead of just pushing some information that I think is necessary for them, I want to create a sensible induction process that will help any new joiner contribute to the team.
I require your suggestions on the same, and also if anyone has done something similar in the past, and can share your feedback and experience.
