How Can I Create a Meaningful Induction Program for a New Team in a Multinational Company?

Hi all, I have recently joined a multinational company as part of the HR team. Though it's a huge organization, it's new to the region, and so everyone is new in the organization, including me. I am trying to design an induction program that will help all the employees in different ways.

Designing an Induction Program

I was thinking of interviewing each employee (20) to understand their requirements when they join the organization. Instead of just pushing some information that I think is necessary for them, I want to create a sensible induction process that will help any new joiner contribute to the team.

I require your suggestions on the same, and also if anyone has done something similar in the past, and can share your feedback and experience.

I would like to start with the HR induction. Facilitate the employees with all the required information and then probably use the same feedback from them to create or improve some other processes. I want to make a questionnaire that can capture different areas of the induction process.

Our organization is scattered across the world. We have sales and marketing staff only in this region, and they seem to be lost most of the time regarding the product production processes, contact persons, categories, etc. So my efforts are to collate all the info required and make the induction material and process. If anyone has attempted this kind of pre-induction feedback from employees.

- (Above all) Culture of discipline

Videos of the case studies of your own employees are important. If, at the time of induction itself, employees are charged up, they start giving their best right from day one, and it is quite important.

Guys, I'm new to the training department and the task given to me is to document a new induction program/training. First of all, I want to know:

- What is the difference between Induction training and an Induction Program?
- What are the ideas, processes, or details to include in an induction training?
