Can anyone suggest some good movies for the induction of new joiners? Perhaps a movie on team building, motivation, or any corporate soft skill movie? Some suggestions were "Pursuit of Happiness" or "Cast Away." It could be any English Hollywood movie or some corporate soft skills movie. Please suggest.

Rather than showing movie clips from Hollywood or Bollywood, I would recommend showing clips of your company staff. Showcase how they work in teams, how clients benefit, etc. Clips could also focus on innovation.
This approach will motivate your staff more and make them feel valued. It will also inspire your existing staff, showing them that they are important.
