Notice Period Salary Payment

When an employee is working during a notice period of 3 months, will their salary be credited to their bank account in the last month, or will it be settled with the full and final payment?

Most companies prefer the full and final payment route nowadays.

Normally, the last month's payment will be paid along with the F&F settlement so that any debit can be adjusted in the settlement. This is the practice almost all organizations are following.

Thank you.

Pay two months' salary into the bank account and the last month's salary in the final settlement by cheque.

Factories Act Compliance for Salary Payment

The Factories Act requires that on termination or resignation, the salary must be paid to the employee within 2 days from the last working day, and the remaining amount within 30 days. Therefore, it may not be possible for you to wait until the regular salary day. You should ensure all other work is prepared so that you can pay on time.

Hi, it mostly depends on the company policy; otherwise, you can check the same with your HR Team.
