Seeking Advice on Brand Positioning for Our New Media Production House: How Can I Best Support Our Team?

Good day, everyone. May I ask for assistance regarding Brand Positioning? I was told to research it, and I am currently in the middle of some research. However, I reckon that it is wiser and better to ask respected individuals and experts regarding HR matters. I am actually new to the company, and we are just starting up. It is a Media Production House, and what I have actually started is monitoring everyone, conducting tests, and providing lectures. We have some policies to guide us, but there's still a lot for me to learn to help this company. Your help would be greatly appreciated, and good things will come to you abundantly. Thank you.

Have you referred to the book on marketing by Philip Kotler? It is the bible of topics on marketing. There is a chapter devoted to this topic. Once you go through it, you will come to know everything.

Some 2-3 years ago, my article titled "Role of HR in Brand Management" was published. However, branding or brand management are primarily marketing concepts. For HR, these are secondary. Therefore, you may go through my article, but I recommend referring to that book first.
