Applicable Acts & Rules for ITES & IT Industries

The following Acts & Rules will be applicable for ITES & IT Industries:

1. Shops and Commercial Establishment Act
2. IT Act - 2000
3. Payment of Wages Act
4. Minimum Wages Act
5. Payment of Bonus Act
6. Payment of Gratuity Act
7. Equal Remuneration Act
8. Maternity Benefit Act
9. Sexual Harassment Act
10. Weekly Holidays Act

and all the rules of the above acts.

Dear Priya ji, Also, the PF Act, ESI Act, ID Act, Employees' Compensation Act, Bonus Act, Labour Welfare Act, and Contract Labour Act (if contract labourers are engaged) are applicable, among many others.
