Punjab Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1965

Under the Punjab Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1965, as applicable to the state of Haryana, and the rules made thereunder, we are not required to send any returns. We are to deposit the Labour Welfare Fund Contribution (LWFC) to the Welfare Commissioner yearly. As per Rule 22(2), we are to forward an extract of Form B (Register) pertaining to the previous year to the Welfare Commissioner by 31st January every year.
