Teacher Is Enttitled To Gratuity - Bombay High Court

Bombay High Court has held that as per amended definition of 'employee' under Payment of Gratuity Act, a teacher is an employee and is entitled to gratuity. Copy of judgement dated 21.2.2012 in this regard is attached.
