Hi Priyanka
I hope as you have taken wrong step by taking the career as counselor. Any how you shall try into CoreHR profile.
Do you have any knowledge of admin jobs? You might have done duties of admin too being as counselor.
If you have any Knowledge on Admin then you can try for admin jobs. Slowly you can involve into HR Role.
Keep learning HR Duties and functions. I can suggest CiteHR as one of the best books. You will get all the information for your queries. There are lots of seniors who can solve your doubts and queries.
Keep trying and lerning things
All D Best
