Thank you for sharing the latest legal updates with us. In accordance with this rule, if someone wishes to construct a building over 45m in height in a remote location (potentially within a village) where there is no fire station within a 10km radius, are there any alternative options to obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC)?

In many instances, industries are situated in extremely remote areas. I would appreciate hearing your perspective on this matter. Please let me know your views.

Thank you.

Thank you, Mr. Agrawal, for sharing such useful information with us.

@ Mr. Dipil: In case the industry wants to construct its own high-rise buildings, they will opt for a maximum of 5 floors. This is because the industry is located in a remote area where there is no scarcity of land. Additionally, all industries will have their own fire-fighting equipment and even a small fire station inside their premises. The fire station will have a mutual agreement with the nearby government fire station. In case of any issues, either party will come for saving and rescue operations. Therefore, the industry developing their township will be issued with a No Objection Certificate (NOC).

I am working in a screen printing factory. We are planning for painting work on our civil structures. Management wants to use bamboos for scaffolds and half-body harnesses because it costs less. I am against this decision. I informed them that bamboos and half-body harnesses are banned in India. I suggested using metallic scaffolds and full-body double lanyard harnesses instead. Could you suggest any act or document that would support my statement, which I can present in front of management?
