Fun Activity As Part Of Retention Practices

Am Kezia...I would like to know how often fun activities (percentage of fun activities annually) be conducted as part of retention practices i..e striking a balance of fun and work in a software MNC.

Am sorry ! i think my question was not clear I did not want to know the activities but rather was asking about balance between the two (fun & work) as in whether these should be conducted during the working hours and if so how many hours allocated in a month...... anyways i followed the thread posted above and that was helpful.
