I am Kezia. I would like to know how often fun activities (percentage of fun activities annually) should be conducted as part of retention practices, i.e., striking a balance between fun and work in a software MNC.

I am sorry! I think my question was not clear. I did not want to know the activities but rather was asking about the balance between the two (fun and work), as in whether these should be conducted during working hours and if so, how many hours should be allocated in a month. Anyways, I followed the thread posted above, and that was helpful.
