Resignation Notice as per Appointment Letter OR Separation Policy
Dear Seniors,
I am working as a Senior HR Executive in a telecom company for the past 1.6 years. I have recently received an offer from an International BPO for an HR Business Partner role, and I now wish to submit my resignation notice to the current organization.
I kindly request your assistance in providing valid reasons for serving either a one-month notice period, as per my appointment letter issued at the time of joining, or a two-month notice period, as per the grading system outlined in the separation policy announced last month.
Your guidance on acceptable and reasonable justifications for both notice periods would be greatly appreciated.
