New to HR Training at a Hospital: How Do I Create an Effective Training Calendar?

Hi, I'm Maria, newly joined in the HR department at a hospital, and I am in charge of training and development. Since training has not been formally implemented yet, I do not know where to start. Can anyone guide me through the process and provide a training calendar that will help me in creating a schedule?

While making a calendar, don't ignore training on purchase and inventory management. Soft skills are important, no doubt, but don't just stop at dealing with the soft issues of the training. Management of inventory is the management of working capital, and real smartness lies in managing business with lesser working capital.
