Hi.I'm Maria, newly joined in hr department in an hospital and I am in charge of training and development. Since training is not yet implemented formally,i do not know from where to start.
Please can any one guide me the process and send training calender which will be helpful for me in framing a calender.

While making a calendar, don't ignore training on purchase and inventory management. While soft skills are important no doubt but then don't just stop at dealing with the soft issues of the training. Management of inventory is management of working capital and real smartness lies in managing business with lesser working capital.
