To finish an important program like "Train The Trainer" in a day's time is preposterous. Please inform your management or the relevant authorities that to derive the maximum output from human resources, proper training is necessary. Certain training programs must be conducted in a specific manner, and there can be no compromise on that.

I completed my Train The Trainer (TTT) program when I was employed as a training manager at a multinational corporation. They invested four weeks in grooming us, and this investment in human resources yielded significant dividends. This corporation expanded its operations to over 200 countries within the first 24 years of its establishment. Unlike companies such as Dell, IBM, or Microsoft, this multinational is more labor-intensive than knowledge-intensive.

To be an effective trainer, one must be a good presenter. A course on presentation skills typically takes about 2-3 days to complete.

In my opinion, training the trainer must be done cautiously because you have to handpick people in an organization who will be suited to train others. This requires a self-interest in teaching and cannot be forced on unwilling individuals.

Please remember that you are not conducting a training program. You are training people to train others. Your management should understand this. So please inform your management that this is a challenging task and should be taken up accordingly.

The minimum time required to conduct such an important program is 5 days. If you are agreeable, I can come to take a few sessions as I was involved in delivering lectures on this topic for a training organization.
