Anyhow government has made another loophole to make the shopkeepers furthermore richer by insisting them not to give the poliethene cover free and the minimum price should be fixed for the cover, as like worrying about the environment.

Dear Friends
Now from 01 Aug 2011 onwards, Gujarat Local Authorities are decided to implement the Plastic Waste (Management & Handling) Rules 2011, and started announcing that with effect from 01 Aug 2011, the polythene covers will not be issued for free while purchasing provisions.
