My Presentation is mainly for construction industries and not for Factories.
I will come with Factories in due course.
For obtaining the Labour Licence WC Policy is not at all required.
You have to attach only
Covering Letter
Form IV (CLA)
Form V
Letter of Indent from Principal employer
Form II or Form I (copy)
Licence fee challan
Security Deposit Challan
and regular formalities.
That's all required

Good efforts. Few observations:
Under CLA (R&A) Act, Registration & Licence:
It would be easy for new members if the Responsibility & Authority (by whom and to whom) is added.
Under Registers & Records whether requirement of Leave Register/Leave Book is there?
P.F: Coverage beyond 6500 basic is optional?
If you could add few more slides to cover rest of the Acts will turn it to be a complete presentation. Pl try.

Dear Mr. Gopal
Under contract Labour Act Leave register is not required. Normally we give Leave Pay for those at the time of leaving service as 1 day pay for each completed 20 working days. Hence Leave register is not required to be maintained.
PF is mandatory for any amount of Basic salary. Only thing is that the employer part whatever instead of 8.33% Pension Fund we have to cut only Rs.541/- and the balance of 12% should be shown as employer PF.
This all will be rectified in my next editing.

Dear Mr. Gopal
Now I have given the readymade format with formula for Muster roll, Wages and OT registers which can be used for Contract Labour Act and Minimum Wages Act too. In that we have to feed the Personal details and Attendance and OT hours worked.
