Need Help Finding Contract Labor Form 24 – Does Anyone Have a Copy to Share?

Hi, can any of you provide me with the contract labor form 24, if you have it?

I hope you are from Andhra Pradesh. I am enclosing Form XXIV under the Contract Labour Act (Half-yearly Return) and Form III under the Minimum Wages Act (Annual Return).

Please find attached herewith Form No. 24 under the Contract Labour Act (State). If your establishment is covered under the State rules, then please fill out this form. Otherwise, if your establishment is covered under the central rules, then fill out the attachment provided by Mr. Bhaskar.

Please note that there are two sets of rules. The Central rules apply to establishments owned by the central government. Mr. Bhaskar, you have provided the Form No. 24 under the Contract Labour Act (Central).

The attached form is the format of the employment card to be issued to the contract laborers by the contractor when the member requires Form 24 half-yearly return. Form XXIV is the half-yearly return as specified in the Central Rules. The form number is not the same in all states; for example, in Haryana, the form for submitting the half-yearly return is XX. There may also be minor variations in the information required under these different forms. Therefore, it is essential to first determine the applicability of the Central or State Rules. If it is under State jurisdiction, then we need to identify the specific State and proceed to review the relevant rules to determine the form for submitting this return to the appropriate Licensing Officer under this Act.

Every year, on or before 31 January and 31 July, you have to submit the half-yearly return in Form XXIV as per the CL Act as of 31 December and 30 June, respectively. When submitting the return, make sure to obtain the acknowledgment in your office copy from the Labour Commissioner's Office upon receipt.

Dear Seniors, can anyone help me on how to prepare Form XXIV Half-yearly return under the CLRA Act in brief? Especially regarding Manday, Man-hour, etc. This is very urgent for me to learn how to prepare the same.
