I am from the same industry and have been for the past 7 years. The attrition here is very high, from engineers to housekeepers. Salary as per market, compliances and benefits, motivation, promotion, responsibilities, recognitions, and of course support, control, and cooperation from the reporting boss help to retain.
Thanks, Yaasmin, for replying to me. I have recently joined this company and am working on a project to control the attrition rate. They have asked me to conduct a survey on the same and find out the causes and ways to control attrition. I need help preparing a questionnaire for the same. It would be grateful if you could guide me on this.
